COGAN/HANSEN HOME The Cogan/Hansen home is a 2000 square foot contemporary home with a 3 car garage,in- floor heat,Western red cedar siding and a daylight basement. It is located on Verona Island,Maine overlooking the Penobscot River. Completed in the fall of 2001. This clasic 3000 square foot Queen Anne victorian features two turrets and all the angles a carpenter could dream of. The interior has custom oak trim, Cherry cabinets, and a fabulous stair case. What fun it was to build! It is located in Orland, Maine at the end of Fish Point, over looking the Orland River. Completed, spring of 1992. FISH POINT VIC MIDAS WELL FARM Midas Well Farm is located in Hancock,Maine. This project was a major, 10 month long renovation, completely rebuilt from the inside out. Truly a labor of love for the client & contractor. Great things can happen when the chemistry is right between these two parties. Completed spring 2001. Located in Sandy Point,Maine over- looking the Penobscot River. This home, designed by Stephen Blatt Architects of Portland Maine, is one of my all time favorites.
